Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). Your order will be shipped Regular Parcel unless you select an alternative.
Local Delivery (within British Columbia)
Local delivery orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via Local delivery typically arrive within one (1) to two (2) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).
Regular Parcel (outside British Columbia)
Regular Parcel orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via Regular Parcel delivery typically arrive within five (5) to seven (7) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).
Xpresspost Shipping
Orders placed with Xpresspost Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT will arrive within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.
Orders placed with Xpresspost Shipping Monday through Friday after 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 business days.
Express Shipping to Rural Routes and remote locations typically arrives within 3 to 4 business days.
Priority Courier Delivery
Orders placed with Priority Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT will arrive on the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification.
Orders placed with Priority Shipping Monday through Friday after 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 2 business days.
USA Standard
USA Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via USA Ground delivery typically arrive within five (5) to nine (9) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on weight / cube size of quantity ordered and final destination.
Shipping Carriers
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used, but are not limited to, are: Day & Ross, Vitran, Canada Post, Federal Express (FedEx), or CanPar.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail, accompanied with a tracking number. This will allow you to track your order via the appropriate carrier’s website.
Occasionally, we may send an order in multiple packages. In such cases, we will provide tracking information for all packages, as well as details on which items you can expect in which package.
You may also call our Customer Service Department at (604) 657-8581 between the hours of 9AM - 6PM Mon - Fri PST to inquire about the status of your order.
Address Validation
To ensure that your packages are delivered to the correct address as quickly as possible, we will compare any addresses you enter with the Canada Post database of valid addresses. We will identify any typos or errors in the address you entered, and ask you to accept the recommended changes or correct the address. If you are sure the address is correct, you have the option to leave it as is, but this may cause delay in shipment.
Change in Your Order Status
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we do not have an item that you have ordered in stock, we will notify you by e-mail immediately. In this case, if you paid with a credit card, we will not charge you for the item or any taxes, shipping or handling charges.
Shipments to International Addresses
At this time, we are unable to accept or ship International orders. We are working toward providing sales/delivery to more overseas addresses in the near future. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
