Please be aware that due to the nature of our product, for health / hygienic reasons and otherwise, we DO NOT accept returns and/or exchanges once the item(s) has been delivered.
We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, please let us know. We strive to be accurate in the picking and packing of goods for shipment. However, in the event of an error, it is very important that you advise us of any short or over shipments within 48 hours of receipt, otherwise, your claim may be declined. Please notify us by calling our Warehouse Operations Manager at (604) 657-8581 for any short shipment claim.
If your package is received with any damage due to shipping, you should file a claim with the appropriate carrier within 10 days, and forward a copy of your claim to our office via e-mail at service@greenwareproducts.com.
Changes and Cancellations
If you would like to cancel or change your order(s), please call (604) 657-8581 as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
Please note: If you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion or special deal, you may not be eligible to receive that discount or promotion.
