ORDERING & PAYMENT

When you see an item you like, click on "Place Order". This will re-direct you to the "Contact Us" page where you will have the option to either place your order via phone or e-mail.

Wholesale / Re-Sale

Only select merchandise is authorized for wholesale / re-sale. In order to enforce this policy, please call our Sales Department at (604) 657-8581 to discuss your bulk ordering needs (certain restrictions may apply).

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail, accompanied with a tracking number. This will allow you to track your order via the appropriate carrier’s website.

Occasionally, we may send an order in multiple packages. In such cases, we will provide tracking information for all packages, as well as details on which item(s) you can expect in which package.

You may also call our Customer Service Department at (604) 657-8581 between the hours of 8AM - 5PM Mon - Fri PST to inquire about the status of your order.

Address Validation

To ensure that your packages are delivered to the correct address as quickly as possible, we will compare any addresses you enter with the Canada Post database of valid addresses. We will identify any typos or errors in the address you entered, and ask you to accept the recommended changes or correct the address. If you are sure the address is correct, you have the option to leave it as is, but this may cause delay in shipment.

Change in Your Order Status

Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we do not have an item that you have ordered in stock, we will notify you by e-mail immediately. In this case, if you paid with a credit card, we will not charge you for the item(s) or any associated taxes, or shipping and handling charges.

Backordered Items

We sometimes have merchandise for sale that has not yet been received at our distribution center, or that has sold out and is being re-stocked. You can still order these items, and we will ship them to you as soon as supplies are replenished. The expected ship date for backordered merchandise is listed when you add an item to your basket, and also during checkout. We do our best to keep these dates accurate, but please be aware that in rare circumstances, we may experience delays.

Changes and Cancellations

If you would like to cancel or change your order(s), please call (604) 657-8581 as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.

Payment Methods

greenwareproducts.com accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express as a means of payment. For wholesale / re-sale customers, please call our Sales Department at (604) 657-8581 to discuss the eligibility of opening an account (certain restrictions may apply).

Payment

Your credit card will be charged before your order is shipped. You will only be charged for the item(s) that are shipped to you, along with appropriate shipping and tax, where applicable. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for any typographical errors.

Tax

The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined GST and PST for the province of which your order(s) is being shipped from. We are required to collect GST on shipping and handling charges where applicable.

Tax Exempt Purchases

If you are making a purchase for a tax-exempt organization or are an individual that qualifies for a tax exemption, please contact our Customer Service team at (604) 657-8581. To ensure compliance with federal and provincial tax laws, all requested forms and information must be received and verified by our Customer Service team before an order can be completed.
